Samsun University adopts and implements the following policy to ensure the sustainability and enhancement of ‘Stakeholder Satisfaction,’ which forms the fundamental focus of all the services it provides:

– Embracing a satisfaction-oriented approach to accurately analyze the needs and expectations of stakeholders and continuously making improvements to increase stakeholder satisfaction based on feedback received.
– Adopting the use of feedback channels effectively and efficiently, evaluating feedback within the principles of neutrality, transparency, and confidentiality, and generating solutions.
